On Sunday, December 7, we hosted our first Onero Forum. It was an inspiring day centered on dialogue, collaboration, and action.
We are incredibly grateful to our members, partners, and community for showing up with curiosity and purpose, and to our outstanding speakers ajay chhibber, Juliet Lancey, Emily B.R. Rodriguez, and Gregory Arcuri for sharing their insights and experience.
A clear theme ran through both the presentations and our conversation-driven Dialogue Circles: intergenerational and interdisciplinary collaboration is essential. Young people contribute urgency, creativity, and unique perspectives. Senior leaders contribute rich experience, policy expertise, and long-term context. We ended the day with a collective service activity that turned our conversations into real, hands-on impact.
Onero Institute's Forum demonstrated the genuine interest among both young leaders and seasoned professionals to listen to one another and work collaboratively on smarter, stronger solutions to global issues.
